(1) The President and the Vice President may appoint a maximum of seven and five experts respectively to assist them in their official work.
(2) The monthly remuneration and benefits of the expert appointed under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) The experts appointed by the President and the Vice President at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with this Act.
